We are partnering with a leading autonomous ride-hailing company to hire a Service Assistant to support daily fleet and testing operations in Austin, TX. This is a great foot-in-the-door opportunity with a high-profile autonomous vehicle company.

What You’ll Do

• Keep autonomous test vehicles clean, fueled/charged, and mission-ready

• Support vehicle launches by assisting with software prep, hardware checks, and data capture

• Help organize and transport vehicles, equipment, and spare parts

• Maintain a clean, organized test site that meets operational and regulatory standards

• Assist technicians with hands-on support (fluid checks, part swaps, wiring checks)

• Support testing activities (documentation, pre-mission setup, traffic control, support vehicle driving)

Who You Are

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience (automotive, fleet, mechanical, or technical support)

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform active work throughout the shift

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong problem-solving skills with a “get it done” mindset

• Team-oriented with solid communication skills

• Tech-comfortable (Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, MS Office a plus)

Schedule Options

• Sunday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• Sunday–Thursday: 10:30 PM – 6:00 AM (Schedules may vary based on operational needs)
