Location: Sunnyvale, CA Work Environment: Onsite / In-person Pay Rate: $45.00 per hour Schedule: Full-time (30+ hours/week) Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (OT possible)

 About the Role

We’re partnering with an innovative client to find a Vehicle Build Technician to support their growing vehicle build and fleet expansion team. This is a hands-on, technical role where you’ll work closely with the NPI Manager to build, modify, test, and maintain next-generation FLEX vehicles.

 What You’ll Do

As a Vehicle Build Technician, you will:

• Assemble, modify, test, and troubleshoot FLEX vehicles and related sub-assemblies

• Fabricate and fit-check mounts, brackets, and electrical harnesses

• Support installation, testing, and configuration of ADAS components (cameras, LIDAR, RADAR)

• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance support for an active fleet

• Travel within the U.S. and internationally as project needs arise

• Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient shop environment

• Assist with inventory management and parts tracking

✅ What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is great at fixing cars and building/fixing computers.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience assembling and testing electromechanical components

• Electrical harness fabrication skills, including soldering and cable termination

• Metal fabrication experience (sheet metal work, drilling, cutting, rivet nuts, 80/20 frame assembly)

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and technical systems

• Familiarity with Windows and Linux systems (basic troubleshooting is a plus)

• Willingness and ability to travel as needed
