What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and program PLCs and robotics.
• Maintain systems including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulics, and injection molding.
• Ensure compliance with 5S principles, ISO standards, and safety protocols.
• Support facility maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical).

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Technical Trade School preferred.
• Skills:
  • PLC programming and troubleshooting
  • Robotic programming knowledge
  • Electrical, pneumatic, hydraulics expertise
  • Welding, milling, grinding experience a plus
• Certifications: Forklift operation and Lock-out/Tag-out knowledge.
• Languages: English required; Spanish or German a plus.

Physical & Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for entire shift, and work in varying temperatures.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-noise environment with changing priorities.
• Must adhere to strict safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
