About CareersInRobotics
Robotics and automation are becoming the next major economic driver. The industry is growing fast, but the talent pipeline isn’t keeping up.
Companies struggle to fill roles, sometimes waiting six months or longer for a single robotics engineer. Students and career changers hear the hype but don’t know what skills they actually need or what the career outlook looks like. People early in their careers can’t find a clear path. Internships, apprenticeships, and entry-level roles are scattered and hard to discover.
CareersInRobotics exists to connect both sides: help more people build careers in this industry, and help companies find the talent they need.
Our Vision
We believe robotics will reshape manufacturing, healthcare, agriculture, logistics, and industries we haven’t imagined yet. That future needs engineers, technicians, programmers, researchers, and operators at every level.
We’re building a resource for robotics careers. Someone in São Paulo or Stuttgart should be able to see the full range of opportunities. A mechanical engineer curious about robotics should be able to understand what skills to develop and what paths exist. Companies should be able to reach qualified candidates who actually want to work in this field.
The goal isn’t just a job board. It’s a resource for anyone building a career in robotics and automation, and for companies trying to grow their teams.
