By using CareersInRobotics.com, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

We provide a platform to discover robotics and automation jobs. Jobs come from direct employer posts and publicly available sources across the web.

We don’t verify individual jobs. Job postings are displayed as-is. We use AI to extract information (skills, locations, salary ranges), which may contain errors.

2. No Warranties

The site is provided “as-is.” We make no guarantees about:

• Job accuracy or availability
• Employer legitimacy
• Salary information
• Whether companies will respond to applications
• Site uptime or functionality

We are not responsible for:

• Outdated, incorrect, or fraudulent job postings
• Company behavior after you apply
• Scams, discrimination, or illegal job posts
• AI extraction errors
• What happens when you leave our site

We do our best to filter out low-quality posts and flag suspicious companies, but we can’t catch everything.

3. Your Responsibilities

You must:

• Be at least 13 years old to use this site
• Provide accurate information when subscribing or posting jobs
• Not use the site for illegal purposes
• Not scrape, copy, or automatically collect data from our site without permission

Exceptions: Search engines, accessibility tools, and legitimate archiving services may access our public pages.

4. Account & Job Posting Rules (Future)

When we add user accounts and direct job posting:

• You’re responsible for your account security
• We can suspend or remove accounts/jobs for any reason
• No refunds for removed content if it violates these terms
• We’ll try to give notice, but aren’t required to

Prohibited jobs:

• Illegal activities
• MLM/pyramid schemes
• Adult/NSFW content
• Anything designed to deceive or scam job seekers

5. Intellectual Property

Our content (articles, reports, site design): Don’t republish without permission. Your content (future profiles/applications): You keep ownership but grant us a license to display, share with employers, and use for site operations (matching, analytics, reports).

Job listings: Companies posting jobs grant us rights to display and share them.

6. Affiliate Links

Some links earn us commissions. This doesn’t affect your cost or our recommendations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we have zero liability for any damages arising from your use of this site. This includes:

• Lost opportunities from bad job data
• Issues with employers or applications
• Data loss or security issues
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

8. Indemnification

If you violate these terms and we get sued, you agree to cover our legal costs and damages.

9. Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes will be resolved in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Arbitration preferred: We prefer arbitration over court litigation, but it’s not mandatory for V1.

10. Changes

We can update these terms anytime. Continued use means you accept the new terms. Major changes will update the “Last Updated” date.

11. Third-Party Sites

We link to external job sites and resources. We’re not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

12. Termination

We can terminate or suspend access to anyone, anytime, for any reason, without notice.
