Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Unlock opportunities in the rapidly evolving robotics landscape as a key player in our Consumer, Computing, and Communication segment. We're seeking a talented professional to drive semiconductor solutions for a range of robotic applications, from drones and autonomous vehicles to collaborative, industrial, and domestic robotics.

You will:

  • Manage the global application G2M strategy, contributing to market introduction and G2M activities on application level by deploying via Application Management (Regional)
  • Contribute to the lifecycle management of the Infineon application offerings in the commercialization phase and provide guidance regarding application and market development
  • **Contribute to application roadmap **
  • Refine and continuously tailor value proposition to customer and related channels
  • Contribute to pricing guideline, maximizing value-based mark up and quoting within given limits on application level
  • Support sales and business development activities on application level with high quality application collaterals
  • Analyse market / competitors regarding value chain and commercialization on application level using regional input
  • Contribute to the development of application related content for bluebooks regarding commercialization

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • University degree in Business, Electrical engineering, or similar areas
  • 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with focus on marketing/sales/business development
  • Relevant working experience in related industries such as robotics, battery powered systems, industrial automations, motors drive will be preferred
  • Good knowledge of power semiconductor devices & market is preferred
  • Familiarity with value chain of OEM/ODM and distribution networking
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluency in English
  • Open-minded personality with strategic and teamplayer mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure, willingness to travel globally (40%)

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, at least employment group I (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
