  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams, such as Sales and Product Engineering, as well as external partners, to ensure that all parties are aligned and that project goals are clearly defined and met.
  • Resource Management: Ensure optimal resource utilization and respond flexibly to changes and challenges during the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and issues early on and develop strategies to effectively manage them, ensuring project success.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive technical advancement and ensure that creative solutions are found for complex challenges.

Your Profile

  • You hold a completed technical degree or alternatively a degree in another field combined with extensive professional experience in a relevant technical environment.
  • You have several years of experience in project management of technical projects, ideally in the field of automation or robotics.
  • You are capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and maintaining an overview even in dynamic environments.
  • You possess strong technical expertise and can translate this into the language of business objectives and customer needs.
  • You have excellent communication and organizational skills and can effectively lead cross-functional teams.
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are willing to actively contribute to the company’s development.
  • You have very good German and English language skills.

Why us?

  • Work with us at the forefront of software-defined modular robotics.
  • Diverse, responsible, and autonomous work in a dynamic startup.
  • Flat hierarchies with an open and direct feedback culture, including a 360° development feedback aiming for holistic professional development.
  • Train in over 7,200 partner studios for only €30 per month with your subsidized Wellpass membership.
  • Flexible working hours, modern office, and the option for home office.
  • Regular team events (game nights, ski trips, and much more) - Teamwork makes the dream work!

Do you share our passion for our disruptive robot technology and want to be a part of our dynamic growth journey? You will get to own projects, implement innovative solutions, and be recognized for your successes!
