At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We’re now seeking a Recruitment Coordination Intern who will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process and pipelines, supporting candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring smooth communication between the teams.

Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:
- Arrange interview schedules, travel arrangements for candidates, and manage last-minute changes.
- Track recruitment activities and maintain data accuracy in the ATS (Lever)
- Assist in reporting on hiring metrics and recruitment progress
- Coordinate job postings and documentation
- Proactively identify and engage talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing channels
- Help with the organisation of different recruitment events
What skills we’d like you to have:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working with repetitive tasks
- Detailed oriented
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn recruitment best practices
- Great written and verbal communication in English
