Right now we’re  looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join our rapidly growing Data & AI domain.  In this role, you’ll help design and scale products that empower teams across InPost Group to make smarter, data-driven decisions and leverage AI for measurable business impact.

Job Description

Your mission: 

  • Lead the development and evolution of products in the Data & AI domain – from analytics platforms to AI-powered tools – ensuring they meet business needs and deliver tangible outcomes. 
  • Manage product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring smooth planning and on-time delivery through close collaboration with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders. 
  • Identify opportunities where data or AI can bring measurable business value, define hypotheses, and coordinate experiments or Proofs of Concept to validate them. 
  • Develop and implement effective Go-To-Market strategies for our products. 
  • Continuously improve product quality and efficiency by leveraging user feedback, data analytics, and usage insights. 
  • Drive the adoption and integration of data and AI solutions across the organization.

 

Qualifications

What you’ll bring: 

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a leading technology, consulting, or e-commerce company – combining strong technical understanding with strategic thinking. 
  • Solid foundation in data analytics, engineering, or AI/ML, enabling you to bridge technical aspects with business goals. 
  • Understanding of cloud technologies, big data environments, and/or AI platforms
  • Experience managing autonomous, cross-functional teams using tools and methodologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Scrum, LeSS, and Data Mesh. 
  • Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

 

Nice to have: 

  • Hands-on experience with data governance, data modeling, or machine learning technologies
  • Familiarity with medallion architecture, star schema, or data lakehouse concepts
  • Knowledge of Data Mesh principles or AI lifecycle management
  • International work experience or exposure to global teams.
