We are now looking for a Project Manager (Robotics) with solid working experience to work in our new challenging external projects. Τhe role involves an innovative underwater robotic system designed for proactive hull cleaning and biofouling inspection on large vessels. It combines autonomous navigation, AI, and geospatial mapping to ensure compliance with international maritime standards.
Responsibilities
Monitoring of the implementation of the physical and financial object according to the approved Technical Bulletin
Coordination of working groups (mechanical engineers, software engineers, embedded, AI, UX)
Preparation and monitoring of schedules (Gantt), milestones and KPIs
Ensuring compliance with the requirements of DtP/Greece 2.0 and with the technical specifications of the project
Support in drafting and submitting intermediate and final progress reports
Monitoring of project budget and justification of deviations
Communication with external partners, certifiers, funding bodies and support during audit procedures
Project risk management and implementation of corrective measures
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related scientific field. A Master's degree would also be desirable
At least 5+ years of experience in technology project management, ideally co-funded (NSRF, DtP, Horizon, RRF, etc.)
Ability to technically document and understand hardware/software topics (robotics, embedded, AI, cloud)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Very good command of English (written and spoken)
Nice to have
Knowledge of the DtP management framework (MIS, OPS, technical bulletins, deliverables, etc.)
PMP or PRINCE2 certification
