About this Job
As a Senior SCADA & IIoT Engineer, you will be a key technical contributor within our Solutions Department, supporting the design, architecture, and delivery of advanced SCADA and IIoT solutions for industrial and energy applications.
You will work closely with internal teams and customers, providing deep technical expertise across the full project lifecycle - from system design and integration to commissioning and support - while also acting as a technical reference point for complex solutions.
Responsibilities
Design and develop SCADA/HMI applications based on project and customer requirements
Contribute to the architecture and implementation of IIoT solutions, including system integration and data flow design
Configure and integrate industrial systems (PLCs, RTUs, edge devices) using protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA, IEC 60870-5-104
Support end-to-end system integration, ensuring reliable communication between field, control, and data layers
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting (remote & on-site) for complex systems
Participate in commissioning activities, ensuring system performance, reliability, and proper functionality
Collaborate with engineering and project teams across all project phases
Prepare and maintain technical documentation (design specifications, configurations, manuals)
Act as a technical reference point for complex issues, solution design, and best practices
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
4–6+ years of experience in SCADA / IIoT / industrial automation
Strong hands-on experience with SCADA/HMI development
Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols and OPC technologies
Good understanding of MQTT and data-oriented architectures
Experience with system integration (PLCs, RTUs, industrial equipment)
Familiarity with Windows & Linux environments
Experience in commissioning or field support
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Fluency in English
Availability for occasional travel
