Product Manager (f/m/d)

DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Product Manager to translate our vision into clear roadmaps, manage end-to-end delivery, and work closely with our Development Team to make strong, technically grounded product decisions. You’ll bring structured thinking, strong communication, and entrepreneurial drive to help us scale Manex AI into the leading platform for autonomous production control. You’ll be part of an ultra-smart tech team where every line of code matters, and every idea you bring can shape the product.

OUR MISSION

Manex AI is developing an LLM-native data platform for agentic production control. Industry leaders such as BMW, Audi, BSH, Stellantis, Liebherr, Still, TDK Electronics, and Henkel already rely on Qualitatio, and leading investors such as Lightspeed Venture Partners and BlueYard Technology are backing Manex AI. Our vision is to operate factories fully autonomously with the help of Qualitatio.

YOUR ROLE

• You are enthusiastic about our vision, can convey this enthusiasm to internal and external stakeholders, and explain in detail how our product works and what added value it creates

• You will be responsible for delivery management, taking end-to-end ownership of projects and initiatives

• You plan roadmaps, reliably adhere to timelines and commitments, and ensure clean delivery

• You understand complex LLM-based systems and work closely with AI engineers to make technically sound product decisions

• Technical or economic-technical degree and strong entrepreneurial thinking

• Very smart, engaging, and structured, with strong analytical skills

• You plan precisely and think in systems, but can also deliver scrappy and pragmatically when it matters

• You bring proven product and delivery frameworks to the table, but confidently adapt them to a dynamic, heterogeneous environment

• Strong product thinking: identifying generalizable solutions from individual cases and translating them into marketable products

• Strong project management and excellent communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders

• Fluent in English, German is a strong plus

• Based in Munich or willing to relocate, ready to go all-in with us
