Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor's Degree / bachelor's in technology/ master's degree / master's in technology in Chemical/ Petrochemical engineering

Skills and Competency:

Required : 10+ years of OTS experience in oil and gas, refinery and chemical processes Experience.

Preference Dynamic simulation Experience in OmegaLand / Unisim / Aspen Hysys / DYNSIM knowledge on PFDs, P&IDs, C&Es, Operating Manual, Equipment Data Sheets etc.

• Development of functional and concept technical design specifications and provides technical leadership on all phases of delivery.• Interaction with customer for technical queries.• Model building, tuning and integration of the models in Omegaland / other OTS software.• Understanding the unit process dynamics.• Simulate all normal operations including hot or cold start-up and complete or partial shutdown operations.• Participate in OTS project validation and witness testing.• Ensures timely completion of projects on schedule and within the allocated budget• Integration of process models with Yokogawa DCS / ESD system • Intermittent short-term travel within India or overseas based on project requirements.
