What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician at our Riverside Service Center, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment and systems that power our wash operations. Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues across production equipment

• Performing preventive maintenance and completing safety and reliability inspections

• Supporting building maintenance tasks such as plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and general facility upkeep

• Working closely with the maintenance team to diagnose and address recurring equipment problems

• Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Tosca’s internal safety standards

• Demonstrating thorough understanding and consistent application of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures

What We Are Looking For:

We’re seeking a technician with strong mechanical and electrical experience who excels in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years of maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical)

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and LOTO procedures

• Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic

• Mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls

• Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is helpful but not required

• Ability to work overtime as needed

Work Schedule

We hire Maintenance Technicians across all Riverside shifts:

• 1st Shift: 4:00 AM–12:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM–8:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: 7:00 PM–3:30 AM
