What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician at our Lakewood Service Center, your work ensures that our wash and processing equipment operates smoothly and reliably. Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues

• Completing preventive maintenance and safety inspections

• Supporting general building repairs such as plumbing, drywall, painting, and cleaning

• Collaborating with the maintenance team to identify and resolve recurring problems

• Ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and Tosca safety protocols

• Demonstrating strong understanding and consistent use of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures

What We Are Looking For:

We’re seeking a skilled, hands-on technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years of maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical)

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices, including LOTO

• Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic

• Mechanical experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and industrial controls

• Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is helpful but not required

• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Work Schedule

We hire Maintenance Technicians for both shifts at our Lakewood Service Center:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
