What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician at our Salt Lake City Service Center, your work will directly support the performance and reliability of our equipment and facility. Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical equipment issues

• Performing preventive maintenance and conducting regular inspections for safety and reliability

• Supporting facility upkeep including plumbing, painting, drywall repair, cleaning, and general maintenance

• Collaborating with the maintenance team to address recurring issues and improve system performance

• Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Tosca’s internal safety standards

• Demonstrating strong understanding of and consistent adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures

What We Are Looking For:

We’re seeking a skilled technician who is comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in mechanical and electrical systems

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

• Strong knowledge of OSHA and production safety practices, including LOTO

• Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase systems, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic

• Mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial controls

• Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is a plus

• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Work Schedule

We hire Maintenance Technicians across all shifts at our Salt Lake City Service Center:

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM–2:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM–10:00 PM

• 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM–6:00 AM
