What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician at our Omaha Service Center, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment and systems that keep our wash operations running smoothly. This includes:
Troubleshooting and resolving equipment and manufacturing system issues
Performing preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure reliability and safety
Supporting general building maintenance (plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, general upkeep)
Collaborating with the maintenance team to diagnose and resolve recurring equipment issues
Ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and Tosca internal safety protocols
Demonstrating strong knowledge of and adherence to the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program
What We Are Looking For:
We’re looking for a skilled technician who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. You should bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Knowledge of OSHA and production safety practices, including LOTO
Strong electrical knowledge (schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, control logic)
Understanding of industrial mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, controls)
Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is helpful but not required
Flexibility to work overtime and support business needs
Work Schedule
We hire Maintenance Technicians across all Omaha shifts:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM (Sunday night–Friday morning)
