Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Industrial Engineer to join our team at our facility located in Parque Industrial FINSA, Aguascalientes Mexico.

As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring quality control throughout our operations performing next activities: 

• Analyze and evaluate manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity.
• Design and conduct time studies, work sampling, and other industrial engineering techniques to establish standard times and improve work methods. 
• Calculate and look for improvements to optimize Head Count.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement New Engineering Changes or New Products. 
• Work together with the other areas to produce Prototype Samples.
• Utilize CAD software to create, modify and improve production Layouts. 
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues in production standard times.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff on process improvements and changes in the standard work.
• Continuously monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency (OEE).
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement improvements to enhance workplace safety and employee well-being.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work Documents (SOS, SWI, COM) for manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
• Participate in new product development projects, providing input on manufacturability and process design.
• Maintain and update Bill of Materials (BOM) and Manufacturing Routes. 
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and kaizen events to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Intermediate/Advanced English .
• Experience: 
  • In Industrial Engineering or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Engineering Changes Implementation.
  • Time Management.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proven track record of implementing process improvements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge:  
  • Six Sigma & Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Process Optimization Techniques 
  • CAD Software for Layouts Designs
  • Office Advance (Excel, Macros, Power Point, Outlook)
