Job Description

Electronic Brake System Function Application Engineer in Active Safety Controls R&D | AUMOVIO Korea

• EBS (Electronic Brake System) function application/tuning at Proving Ground/Test course (e.g. ABS/AYC/TCS/HSA/ACC/AVH/EPB and others) and Function requirement analysis  based on system requirements
• Homologation test validation (FMVSS126 / UNECE R13 and others)
• Customer joint vehicle test Hm/Lm (winter test (Sweden/New Zealand)) including series sign-off
• Managing vehicle test plan and status, including test case creation and report
• Performing vehicle level release test and functional safety test
• Interfacing with global teams for technical information of each function (Germany/India/ /Hungary)
• Customer interface for EBS basic function related topics
• Coordinating ESC function requirements with Customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic engineering
• Experience in automotive industry and HKMC project experience as brake system application engineer is preferred
• Knowledge and experience in Vehicle dynamics
• Strong accountability and proactiveness
• Good level of driving skill, vehicle test experience preferred
• Good English communication skill with open mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
