Test & Validation Lead Engineer in Autonomous and Commercial Mobility | AUMOVIO Korea

Position Overview

Overall leader for all validation related testing in the project   Customer communication for System Requirement and Engineering topics in Development phase 

Responsibilities

  • Creates and releases the overall project test strategy (including other disciplines).  Responsible to consolidate, monitor and drive other disciplines to ensure on time execution of test related activities (coordination of all validation schedules).
  • Aligns all domain test schedules and consolidates into overall project test schedule.  Maintains throughout the project.
  • Organizes the definition of regression strategies with the domain test managers and ensures necessary test coverage.
  • Monitors and reports the overall project test status including internal and customer level tests. 
  • Monitors and reports linking of test cases to technical requirements.  Drives domains as needed for on time completion.
  • Actively manages test progress including driving for solutions and ensuring successful on time execution.
  • Prepares the Test & Validation product release recommendation including project test report.
  • Serves as primary interface (internal & customer) for project test related matters.
  • Define and manage system-level requirement and architecture
  • Allocate requirements to hardware and software components
  • Lead system integration and interface definition
  • Ensure requirement traceability and change management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or above degree in engineering 
  • Comprehensive understanding of electrical/electronic and mechanical systems
  • Preferred experience in vehicle dynamics, control systems, and powertrain-related comains 
  • Familiar with automotive communication protocols including CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and Automotive Ethernet
  • Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and system-level simulation tools
  • Hands-on experience in requirement engineering and requirements management using tools such as DOORS, Polarion, or Codebeamer
  • 7+ years of experience in automotive project
  • Driver’s license with experience
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
