Responsibilities

• Set up test environments and execute integration tests for RF (Radio Frequency)‑based CUAS technologies and multi‑layered software systems.
• Provide technical support during engineering development phases.
• Conduct on‑site testing, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and customer support activities in Romania.
• Participate in field trials and technical sessions for short periods of time, both in Romania and Asia.
• Act as the technical liaison between the Romanian customer and the client's R&D/support teams.
• Use professional RF test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.) to validate system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Communications, Computer Systems, or related fields.
• Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Hands‑on experience with Radio Frequency systems, including transmit/receive chains, antennas, filtering, and signal analysis.
• Willingness to travel to Asia for short periods of technical training and certification.
• Availability for continuous fieldwork and support activities in Romania.
• Practical experience working with RF test instruments (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, general-purpose lab equipment).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
• High level of autonomy, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving ability.

Desired skills

• Experience operating, testing, and maintaining military systems (experience in EW systems is a strong plus).
• Previous experience supporting defense clients is an advantage.

What do I need before I apply

• Willingness to travel frequently and work full-onsite within Romania and availability to travel internationally for short periods of time.
• Travel will be authorized following confirmation of acceptable safety and security conditions in the area.
