About this Job

Overview

The role will be based in Lumphun Plant.

Design, implement, and maintain automated systems to optimize complex processes for efficiency, safety, and reliability. Utilize PLC programming and hardware/software integration to support factory automation and operational excellence. Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth, productive, and compliant operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for PLC, HMI, SCADA, robotics and packing automation systems
  • Lead root cause analysis for major downtime and system-level failures
  • Ensure automation systems are robust, standardized, and aligned with production requirements
  • Govern IT infrastructure supporting manufacturing operations, including industrial networks, servers, and data platforms
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient OTIT connectivity.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data integrity, and corporate IT policies
  • Sponsor and lead Smart Manufacturing / Digitalization initiatives
  • Lead and develop engineering, automation, and OT/IT teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer, or related field)
  • Minimum 812 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • At least 35 years in a managerial or leadership role within Automation, Engineering, OT/IT, or Smart Manufacturing
  • Experience in FMCG manufacturing is highly preferred
  • 5 Leadership and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Good communication both Thai and English
