Pay Rate: $24.00–$26.00 per hour Schedule Options: 

• Sunday – Wednesday 
• Thursday – Sunday
• Saturday – Tuesday

Shifts: PM 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (30-minute lunch) AM (6:00 AM–4:30 PM)

We are actively hiring dependable, safety-minded drivers to support our 2026 Autonomous Vehicle Operations Program. This role is ideal for individuals with professional driving experience who are comfortable working with advanced vehicle technology and following structured procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Operate autonomous vehicles safely while following all traffic laws and company safety protocols

• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Monitor vehicle system behavior and document observations accurately

• Provide real-time feedback to operations and engineering teams

• Stay attentive and focused throughout your shift

• Complete detailed shift reports to support system improvements

Required Qualifications

• Previous professional driving experience (rideshare, delivery, shuttle, etc. accepted)

• Minimum 36 months of clean driving history (no tickets or moving violations)

• Valid U.S. Driver’s License held for at least 3 years

• No DUI, drug, or alcohol-related offenses within the last 5 years

• Ability to type at least 35 WPM

• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills

• Calm, quick decision-making in changing traffic conditions

• Comfortable driving in various weather and road environments

Preferred Experience

• Background in autonomous vehicle testing or technical operations

• Defensive driving certification

• Familiarity with vehicle systems or onboard technology
