Canadian University Dubai

Canadian University Dubai (CUD) is a private university located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, established in 2006. It is the first licensed Canadian university outside of Canada and offers a range of undergraduate and graduate programs based on the Canadian curriculum. CUD is organized into several schools, including the School of Architecture & Design, School of Business Administration, and School of Engineering, Applied Science & Technology, among others. The university's campus in City Walk features modern classrooms, specialized laboratories, and a Learning Resource Centre with over 10,000 print and electronic resources. CUD serves a diverse student body from over 120 nationalities and promotes extracurricular activities through various student clubs. The university emphasizes a practice-based learning approach, supported by a multicultural faculty with expertise in their fields. CUD is accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education and holds additional accreditations from several professional organizations. Students have the opportunity to transfer to over 50 international academic partners in Canada to complete their degrees.
