Project Manager

Enclustra is an innovative, dynamic and growing company with headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland, and offices worldwide. We develop a product portfolio of FPGA-based electronic modules and FPGA-optimized IP solutions for industrial customers and research organizations. In parallel, we provide leading engineering services in FPGA system design, and in development of high-speed hardware, FPGA firmware and embedded software.

To strengthen our dynamic team in Ulm, we are looking for a new:

Project Manager

• Strong project management experience

• Experience managing complex engineering projects

• Experience with FPGA technology, embedded technologies and microelectronics is an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Proficiency with MS Project

• Fluent German & English

• **Technical Project Management:**Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met on time and within budget

• Requirements Engineering: Collaborate with customers to understand and document their requirements for FPGA/SoC hardware, software, and firmware development projects

• **Sales and Customer Engagement:**Provide technical expertise in sales discussions, participate in customer visits, trade shows, and technology events, and assist in the development of tailored project proposals and offers

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering teams and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions
