Join our Robotics Strategy & Planning team where you'll develop roadmaps and execute major initiatives that influence the direction of our global robotics operations. In this role, you'll leverage your strong program management skills, technical problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication capabilities to drive automation and operational excellence across Amazon's global network of fulfillment centers.
This high-visibility position offers the unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy and execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance our robotic fleet operations. You'll be empowered to think strategically, solve complex problems, and implement innovative approaches that deliver measurable results for our organization.
Key job responsibilities - Drive end-to-end program management for large-scale strategic initiatives within the Robotics Technical Services organization, including defining requirements, creating execution plans, and measuring outcomes. - Partner with business stakeholders to define complex technical solutions, translate business needs into actionable plans, and ensure alignment across diverse teams. - Develop roadmaps and execution strategies to implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency for our global robotics fleet. - Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, operations, and leadership to solve ambiguous problems and drive strategic priorities. - Lead technical program reviews, communicate progress effectively to senior leadership, and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.

About the team The Robotics Strategy & Planning team sets the strategic direction and operational rhythm for Amazon's Robotics Technical Services organization. We support a global fleet of robotic solutions across Amazon's fulfillment centers, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. The Strategy & Planning team has visibility into and impact on the broader robotics ecosystem at Amazon.
This team offers exceptional growth opportunities as you'll work directly with key stakeholders across the organization, contributing to strategic decisions that shape our robotics operations. You'll be part of an inclusive culture that values innovation and continuous improvement in support of our mission to enhance Amazon's fulfillment capabilities. Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
