Summary of Role:

Product Line Manager for AI Software Stack solutions covering robotics, industrial, and automotive sectors.

Leads the strategic direction, P&L, and development, partnerships and collaborations of AI SW solutions and stacks that enable autonomous, intelligent systems from Think, Communicate, Act, Sense Modalities.

Encompasses AI (perception, control, LLMs), Kinematics, Control Systems with practical applications in automotive, ADAS, robotics and industrial automation.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership & P&L: Driving the end-to-end SW product roadmap, growth, and P&L for AI software portfolios.
• Build a $10M+ bookings business by end of 2028.
• AI Solution Development: Influencing the development of software stacks for robotics and automation, kinematics, including simulation, computer vision, and real-time inference engines.
• Cross-Functional Management: Leading teams of engineers, researchers, and product managers to deploy AI systems in industrial applications, automotive, robotics and IoT end points.
• Partnership and Eco-system Management: Cultivating strategic partnerships with automakers, Tier-1 suppliers, technology developers, 3P SW stack providers and technology partners.
• Operational Optimization: optimize go to market structural assets and cost optimization for the business.
• OpenSource Collabrations: Commit, lead and engage in Open source stacks, frameworks and industry consortium led initiatives.

Other Responsibilities:

· Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Expected Salary Range

$233,000.00 - $388,000.00
