Our robotic systems, built andoperatedinside AI-powered factories, give the industry the production capacity, consistency, and speed to build more high-quality homes than traditional methods allow. Our team spans AI researchers and roboticists to factory operators, technicians, and production teams — allbuildingthe future ofhomebuildingtogether.
We'rebuildingphysical AI for housing— and unlike most of the field, our robots are already in production, fabricating real structures and generating real operational data every day across multiple factories.
We’relooking for a Robotics Software Developer to join our team and contribute to developingcutting-edgesolutions for our core robotic manufacturing technologies. This is an early-career role for someone with strong fundamentals and hands-on robotics project experience who wants to develop it in production.

Cutting-EdgeTechnology: Work onstate-of-the-artrobotics solutions at the intersection of construction and automation.
Collaborative Culture: Join a diverse, high-performing team committed to continuous learning and innovation.
What you'll do:
Build andmaintainsimulation scenes— set up and extend simulation environments and test scenarios that mirror our production cells.
Implement motion routines— develop and tune motion-planning and collision-checking behaviors in ROS 2 / MoveIt2 under the guidance of senior engineers.
Developperceptioncomponents— implement object detection, pose estimation, and point-cloud processing tasks for material handling and inspection.
Write clean, tested code— produce well-documented C++ and Python, backed by unit and integration tests.
Debug integration issues— help troubleshoot software–hardware issues alongside the robotics and hardware teams.
