About this Job
Who We Are:
We build the intelligence that lets robots sense, reason, and act in the real world—moving beyond the lab and into everyday industrial settings like warehouses and factories. Our technology closes the automation gaps that traditional systems can’t solve. We are on a mission to redefine how physical work gets done, and we’re looking for curious, bold thinkers to help shape the future of robotics with us.
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Engineer to develop, implement, and refine innovative solutions for our mobile manipulators and automation systems. This role requires expertise in robotic systems, software development, and hardware integration. As a Robotics Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing next-generation robotic platforms, focusing on perception, planning, and execution to enable precise and efficient manipulation tasks. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware, pushing the boundaries of what robots can achieve in dynamic, real-world environments.
Your Responsibilities:
Development
Develop, test, and deploy software for robotic systems with a focus on motion planning, perception, and control.
Design algorithms for path planning, trajectory optimization, and collision avoidance.
Implement and test advanced software for sensor fusion, localization, and mapping.
Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate robotic arms, grippers, and sensors.
Work with middleware platforms like ROS 2 for real-time communication and modularity.
Optimization
Optimize system performance for real-time operation in production environments.
Troubleshoot issues across software and hardware systems to ensure robust operation.
Research and implement state-of-the-art methods in robotics, including machine learning techniques for task execution.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
3+ years of experience in developing robotic systems or automation platforms.
Solid experience with ROS 2, Gazebo, and simulation environments.
Experience working with perception systems like cameras, LiDAR, or depth sensors.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Willingness to travel: > 50%
Skills
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++.
Familiarity with robotic manipulators, vision systems, and motion control systems.
Knowledge of kinematics, dynamics, and system modeling.
What We Offer:
Wellpass (gym membership)
Flexible working hours
Option to work from home when needed
A motivated team and an open corporate culture
Competitive compensation and excellent career development opportunities
