About this Job

Who We Are:

We are a rapidly growing embodied AI company revolutionizing human labor. Leveraging cutting-edge robotics and advanced artificial intelligence, we develop transformative technologies that redefine how work is done across multiple industries—empowering businesses to streamline operations, boost productivity, and unlock new possibilities.

Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Robotics Deployment Engineer to lead the implementation, installation, and optimization of our robotic systems at client sites. This role bridges the gap between development and real-world application, requiring both technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills. You will work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to deploy mobile manipulators for bin-picking and item manipulation tasks in dynamic environments. As a key contributor, you’ll ensure that our robotic solutions perform seamlessly, delivering exceptional results under real-world constraints.

Your Responsibilities:

Implementation

  • Install and configure robotic systems, including software and hardware, at client locations.

  • Adapt and fine-tune robotics algorithms for site-specific requirements.

  • Ensure proper integration of robotic arms, grippers, and sensors into the client’s workflow.

  • Conduct rigorous on-site testing to validate performance and reliability.

  • Debug and troubleshoot system issues, implementing improvements as needed.

Optimization

  • Optimize system performance for efficiency, speed, and accuracy in real-world environments.

  • Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.

  • Collaborate closely with development teams to provide feedback and enhance system robustness.

  • Document deployment processes and contribute to the creation of operational guides.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in deploying and integrating robotic systems in industrial or commercial settings.

  • Hands-on experience with robotic manipulators, perception systems, and motion control.

  • Willingness to travel: 50%

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of ROS 2, robotic system architecture, and middleware.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++.

  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker for system setup and deployment.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills across software and hardware.

  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and adapt to new challenges.

Our interview plan:

  • Application

  • Take‑home assignment: You’ll work on a short, role‑relevant task with clear instructions and a deadline.

  • Cultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you’re looking for. Expect CV highlights, your “why,” and time for your questions.

  • Technical fit interview (45 min): A deeper dive into your skills and problem‑solving approach for this role.

  • On‑site visit: Meet the team in our office and collaborate on a real challenge similar to the work you’d do here. You’ll also meet a founder; we aim to give you a clear feel for the role and environment.

What We Offer:

  • Wellpass (gym membership)

  • Free meals at the workplace

  • Flexible working hours

  • Option to work from home when needed

  • A motivated team and an open corporate culture

  • Competitive compensation and excellent career development opportunities
