Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for highly motivated Robotics Engineers (both Senior and Junior levels) to help design and deploy next-generation Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and traffic management systems. You will work on the full stack of navigation and planning, from algorithm development to production deployment, leveraging C++ for real-time robotics software and Python for prototyping, simulation, and data analysis.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement motion planning algorithms (e.g., A*, D*, RRT, Dijkstra) for AGV navigation.

  • Design and optimize multi-robot traffic management systems for collision avoidance and efficient routing.

  • Build C++ libraries for high-performance real-time systems and Python tools for simulation, testing, and analytics.

  • Integrate localization, mapping, and perception data into navigation and planning pipelines.

  • Implement and support interoperability standards such as VDA5050 for multi-vendor AGV fleets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (controls, perception, software, operations).

  • Validate algorithms in simulation (Gazebo, Webots, custom) and in real AGV deployments.

Knowledge and Education:

Required

  • Bachelor’s (Junior) / Master’s in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

  • Strong proficiency in C++ (modern standards, STL, multithreading, debugging).

  • Proficiency in Python for prototyping, simulation, and data analysis.

  • Knowledge of path planning and search algorithms (A*, D*, graph search).

  • Familiarity with multi-robot traffic management or motion planning.

  • Experience with Linux, ROS/ROS2, and real-time software environments.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with optimization frameworks (linear/non-linear programming, MILP).

  • Experience with simulation tools (Gazebo, Webots, Isaac Sim, or custom).

  • Knowledge of SLAM, sensor fusion, or multi-agent coordination.

  • For Senior: proven record leading robotics projects from prototype to production.

  • For Junior: internship or academic project experience in robotics/AGV domain.

Work Experience:

  • Looking for candidates with 3 to 5 Years for experience.
