Job Location: Illinois Technical Center - Elk Grove Village, IL 60007

Salary Range: $26.00 - $35.00 Hourly

Yamazen Inc. is an importer and distributor of quality CNC manufacturing machinery, including machine tools and injection molding machines. We service manufacturers in the automotive, aerospace, construction equipment, medical, and I.T. industries. We have offices serving markets throughout the country and have experienced significant growth through territory and market expansion. We are expanding our automation division to better serve our customers.

Opportunity:

We are seeking an Automation Service Technician, who is capable of installing automated cells, field service support on robots and components of the automated cells. Experienced in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems., The chosen candidate will enjoy working from a state-of-the-art technical facility at our new NA Headquarters in Elk Grove, IL., that includes office, conference and high-tech showroom and integration areas. You will be working with Nachi Robotics. We will be installing our automation cells on world class products from Brother Industries, Takisawa Machine Tools and Matsuura Machine Tools.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

The preferred candidate will possess the following skills:

• Knowledgeable in mechanical and electrical
• Ability to read part prints and schematics
• Installing CNC machine tools or robotic cells
• Robot programming is a plus
• Experience with machine tool integration and robotic systems
• Solid organization and prioritization skills
• A strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Willing to travel out of state on business.

Compensation and Benefits:

Range: $26.00 - $35.00
