Your Mission: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our dynamic team under the STEM Internship Scheme. This role is designed for an ambitious individual who is passionate about technology and innovation, particularly in the spatial intelligence and transport infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our project management team in the planning, execution, and delivery of critical projects that drive our mission forward.

Your Role Includes:

• Assisting in the coordination and management of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

• Supporting the project management team in defining project objectives, scopes, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Facilitating communication between project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and external partners, to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project goals and progress.

• Participating in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.

• Contributing to the optimization of project management processes and tools to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.

• Engaging in research and analysis to support project decision-making and strategic planning.

You're Perfect for This Role If You:

• Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master Program in STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) in Hong Kong, eligible for STEM Internship Scheme

• Have a strong interest in technology, particularly in the areas of spatial intelligence, digital twin technology, and LiDAR.

• Have excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

• Can work collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Have keen analytical abilities and a problem-solving mindset.

• Have experience in project management or related fields is a plus.
