About this Job

Descriptions:

As a Product Solution, you will serve as the bridge between product development, sales, and customers, ensuring that solutions meet client requirements and align with the companys product strategy. This role involves designing, customizing, and delivering product solutions that solve customer challenges while maintaining scalability and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-sales Solution Support: Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during client engagements. Prepare solution proposals, demos, and presentations. Provide support for project delivery, including pre-sale, commissioning, and post-sales support to address product-related inquiries, issues, and feedback from customers.
  • Documentation and Coordination: Standardize and maintain documentation related to product specifications, requirements, and project timelines. Coordinate communication and meetings between various stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Solution Design & Customization: Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical and functional requirement for further development. Collaborate with internal teams such as design, engineering, and marketing.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks on products or features to identify and report any issues or bugs. Work closely with the development team to address and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor products and industry trends to understand market dynamics and identify potential areas of differentiation or improvement for our products.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing project-related documents.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and delivery teams to improve product offerings. Identify opportunities for standardization and scalability of solutions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1-2 years working experience in SaaS, IoT, or enterprise solutions.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to contribute to the success of cutting-edge products
  • Energy Related experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of product architecture and solution design.
  • Structured thinking and logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
