The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is recruiting a
Robotics Engineer (Intern / Entry-Level)
Embodied AI & Simulation
for one of its clients transforming multimodal human behavior into structured datasets used to train next generation robotics foundation models. The Robotics Engineer will join them at the frontier of simulation, teleoperation, and dataset generation for humanoid and mobile robots.
The Role*
Contribute to the robotics simulation architecture powering the company's data generation and training pipeline
Work directly with the founders and research collaborators on simulation, embodiment, and teleoperation systems
Help design and implement components that bridge simulation, human-in-the-loop systems, and large scale dataset generation
Take ownership of well-scoped technical modules and ship production-ready code
- What You’ll Work On*• Supporting and extending the robotics simulation stack across Isaac Sim and MuJoCo
You’ll work at the intersection of robotics simulation, multimodal data workflows, deployable Embodied AI pipelines, and humanoid systems.You won’t just “assist.” You’ll build systems that directly contribute to how robots learn from human cognition at scale.
Requirements
Background in robotics, simulation, computer graphics, ML, or related field
Strong Python skills
Exposure to robotics simulation environments
Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
Understanding of control, perception, or policy learning fundamentals
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and learning quickly
High ownership mindset and strong engineering fundamentals
- Ideally the candidate will also have*• Exposure to foundation models in robotics, world modeling, VLMs or VLAs
