About this Job

Product Manager

Are you excited by the challenge of modernizing supply chain systems and driving automation in distribution centers?

Join Best Buy Canada’s technology team as a product manager focused on WMS modernization and distribution center automation. In this role, you’ll lead the cross-functional product team responsible for advancing the product roadmap in our Brampton warehouse, where we recently implemented a new WMS and automated storage and retrieval system.

We practice a remote-first working model, with opportunities to collaborate at our head office in beautiful Vancouver, BC for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

Join us in transforming the platforms that power warehouse management and fulfillment as a product manager!

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver on the product vision and roadmap for our new warehouse management system (WMS) and distribution center automation platforms, including autostore and related technologies.
  • Lead an agile delivery team to build scalable, secure and efficient platforms that support Best Buy’s core supply chain operations.
  • Partner with teams across the organization, including supply chain, distribution center operations and ecommerce, to understand their needs and translate them into a long-term product direction.
  • Communicate effectively across business and technical audiences to drive alignment, influence outcomes, and lead change across complex stakeholder groups.
  • Contribute to a supply chain transformation journey, unlocking value from our new systems to improve operational efficiency and network scalability.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role, ideally working on WMS, supply chain, or logistics-related platforms.
  • Hands-on familiarity with warehouse management systems and automation technologies (e.g. autostore, robotics, or automated storage solutions).
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams to drive delivery.
  • Experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.

Why you’ll love it here:

  • Remote-first work environment.
  • Employee discounts on awesome tech from day one.
  • Flexible health benefits and wellness program.
  • TFSA and RRSP programs.
  • 100% matched company pension plan.
  • Training programs to build new and transferable skills.
