About this Job

The Amazon TD PACE (Tech Deployment - Product, Analytics and Customer Experience) within S&O (Strategy and Operations) organization is seeking a product manager – technical (PM-T) to drive customer experience and product strategy. This PMT will own AI centered systems/tools used during the planning and execution of robotics deployment in our fulfillment centers. They will facilitate the organization in making data driven bar raising decisions, through seamless partnership with the deployment teams and becoming an expert on field usage of the systems and tools they own. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the best engineers in the industry and shape the direction of one of the world’s largest robotics driven fulfillment networks.

The organization you are part of is composed of teams which invent for rapid scaling of complex technical solutions, develop products for industrial equipment automation, and provide product ownership through unique field deployment expertise on robotic deployments. The products standardize, track, and enable automation in deployment execution which improves reliability and repeatability of Amazon’s deployment and testing processes.

In PACE, our PM-Ts are expected to listen attentively and speak candidly. Those conversations start with our customers and work backwards to collaborate with our development teams in the TD organization. Our PM-Ts seek data and diverse perspectives and use that insight to respectfully challenge decisions. We push ourselves and our development teams to accomplish more with less. We think big and do not sacrifice long-term value for short-term results.
