What You’ll Do
· Support growth initiatives for the Coriolis and flow measurement portfolio across North America.
· Partner with sales teams and the Coriolis Market Development Manager to support customer opportunities, OEM engagement, and market growth activities.
· Serve as a product and market resource for internal teams and customers by supporting product selection, application fit, competitive positioning, and technical discussions.
· Support a variety of flow measurement applications across process industries including oil & gas, chemical, food & beverage, life sciences, power, and industrial manufacturing.
· Gather market feedback by monitoring customer needs, application trends, competitive activity, and industry developments.
· Support go-to-market activities including product launches, sales tools, training materials, customer presentations, and commercial messaging.
· Contribute to pricing, margin, and profitability discussions by providing product, customer, and market insight.
· Assist with product roadmap and lifecycle management activities including portfolio improvements, regional product needs, and end-of-life planning.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, regulatory, marketing, application support, and global product teams.
· Support forecasting, demand planning, reporting, and business reviews through product and market input.
· Participate in customer visits, technical presentations, field evaluations, and troubleshooting discussions as product knowledge develops.
· Support regional requirements for certifications, approvals, and industry compliance where applicable.
· Build strong working relationships across regional and global teams to ensure alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
· Develop action plans for portfolio growth, sales enablement, and near-term business improvements.
First 90–120 Days
During the first 90–120 days, the Product Manager will be expected to:
· Build foundational knowledge of the Coriolis and flow measurement portfolio, key applications, competitive positioning, and customer value proposition.
· Establish relationships with sales, application engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and global product stakeholders.
· Gain familiarity with customer applications, industry requirements, and common product selection considerations.
· Support sales and customer conversations with increasing technical and commercial confidence.
· Identify early opportunities to improve sales enablement, product positioning, portfolio visibility, or commercial support activities.
· Begin contributing to pipeline support, forecasting discussions, market feedback analysis, and product strategy conversations.
· Support growth initiatives alongside the Coriolis Market Development Manager and regional sales teams.

Must-Have Qualifications
· 4–5+ years of experience in product management, applications engineering, technical sales, product marketing, business development, or commercial support within industrial automation, process instrumentation, process control, flow measurement, or a related B2B technical product environment.
· Technical aptitude with experience supporting industrial products or instrumentation technologies.
· Experience working with sales teams, customers, engineering teams, or other technical/commercial stakeholders.
· Ability to learn Coriolis and flow measurement applications, product positioning, and customer use cases within the first 90–120 days.
· Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
· Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and commercial teams.
· Comfort working in a matrixed or cross-functional organization.
· Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Education Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with Coriolis flowmeters or related process instrumentation technologies.
· Experience with flow, pressure, level, temperature, analyzers, valves, automation systems, or industrial sensors.
· Background working for a manufacturer, distributor, integrator, or solutions provider in industrial automation or process instrumentation.
· Familiarity with industries such as oil & gas, chemical, power, water/wastewater, food & beverage, life sciences, LNG, or industrial manufacturing.
· Experience supporting OEMs, skid builders, EPCs, or engineered solutions providers.
· Experience supporting new product introductions, lifecycle management, or portfolio improvement initiatives.
· Exposure to pricing strategy, competitive analysis, margin improvement, or commercial excellence activities.
· Experience creating sales enablement tools, product training, customer presentations, or technical/commercial messaging.
· Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.

They are comfortable learning quickly, asking smart questions, building relationships, and taking ownership. With the right onboarding and internal support, this person should be able to contribute meaningfully within the first 90–120 days and continue growing into broader portfolio leadership responsibilities over time.
