Job Title: Field Service Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

◆ Technical Support Provide technical support and troubleshooting for company products and customer equipment.

◆ Maintenance and Repair Perform equipment inspection, maintenance, repair, and failure analysis to restore normal operation.

◆ Calibration and Testing Perform calibration, testing, data verification, and related record maintenance for industrial instruments.

◆ Process Control System Support Support troubleshooting, adjustment, and maintenance of process control systems.

◆ Preventive Maintenance Perform scheduled maintenance, preventive maintenance, and on-site inspections to reduce equipment failures and downtime.

◆ Service Reporting Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, calibration, and service records, and report service progress and results.

◆ Customer Service Respond to customer service requests and provide appropriate technical solutions.

◆ Compliance and Safety Follow company procedures, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental requirements.

EDUCATION

Vocational High School or above, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, Control Engineering, or a related field.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE

Experience in equipment maintenance, field service, instrumentation, calibration, or process control systems is preferred.
