Novarc Technologiesis looking for aProject Managerto join our growing team and support the production of our cobots.

Job Overview:The Product Development Project Manager is responsible for managing andoverseeing the entire lifecycle of product development projects from concept to delivery.This role involves coordination between cross-functional teams, client-facing interactions,and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. The Project Managerwill be the central point of contact, manage project documentation, and drive continuousimprovements in processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor internal and external projects throughout the entire lifecycleusing project management software (e.g., Wrike), ensuring they are on time, withinscope, and aligned with business goals.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including hardware engineering, softwareengineering, production, supply chain, and customer success to keep projects ontrack and resolve any roadblocks.

• Develop and maintain project templates and documents, including action registers,risk registers, lessons learned, and communication logs. Ensure all projectdocuments are complete, up-to-date, and stored appropriately.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, manage client expectations, and ensureregular updates regarding project milestones, timelines, and potential issues.

• Build and maintain dashboards to track project progress, resource utilization, andperformance. Provide regular project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.

• Identify and manage project risks, scope creep, and issues, escalating them asneeded. Implement corrective actions and execute Variation Orders (VORs) whennecessary.

• Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency,minimize risks, and standardize workflows across projects. Champion continuousimprovement initiatives in internal business processes.

• Monitor project profitability, cash flow, and manage payment schedules in line withcontract terms. Ensure projects are aligned with set gross margin goals.

• Coordinate logistics and installation of projects, including customer site installations,and manage the interface between various departments for smooth execution.

• Assist with creating sales and marketing content, including presentations andproject-related materials for client-facing communications.

• Travel requirements: Occasional traveling required site visits required for installationsand logistics coordination up to 10%.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent education and experience.

• Minimum of 3 years managing projects in a related sector, ideally in a start-upmanufacturing or small-scale production environment.

• Experience with external clients required.

• Strong project management skills and experience with project management software(Jira, Wrike, Zoho, Microsoft Project, etc.).

• Strong understanding of product development, from design through tomanufacturing and installation.

• Knowledge of project accounting, earned value management (EV), and cash flowforecasting.

• Ability to manage scope creep and execute Variation Orders (VORs) as required.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward resolving issues.

• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow up on project tasks, risks, and actionitems regularly.

• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to implement corrective actions swiftlyand effectively.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment whilemaintaining focus on deadlines and quality.

Nice to have:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification preferred. Agile certifications (PMI-ACP or equivalent) are a plus.

• Familiarity with industrial automation is a plus.

• Experience working in cross-functional teams and dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
