Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plastic extrusion lines and automated equipment
• Reprogram machines and robots (Fanuc experience preferred)
• Diagnose equipment issues through visual inspection, testing, and analysis
• Perform preventive maintenance and install new or repaired machine components
• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and schematic prints
• Partner with production teams to ensure efficient and safe equipment operation
• Support production and quality goals as a reliable team member
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer, math, and troubleshooting skills
• Minimum 2 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Machine Repair, or Automated Systems preferred
• Experience with PLCs, drives, robotics, and industrial controls is highly desired
• Reliable, career-oriented mindset with availability for 3rd shift
• Ability to work overtime and one weekend per month
• Ability to commute or relocate to Sunbury, OH prior to starting
