Information Systems Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedInformation Systems Project Managerto assist multiple teams within the Information Systems domain.

This role is essential for ensuring that projects related to enterprise systems are effectively structured, monitored, and successfully executed while ensuring that the project is managed using best practice methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, budgets, and risks, while also supporting teams in resolving challenges throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the role includes assisting in managing team budgets, tracking expenditures, and facilitating purchase orders (POs) and purchase requests (PRs).

What will your job look like:

• Support various IS teams in planning, controlling, and managing projects related to information systems.
• Ensure that project timelines, budgets, and milestones are met, raising flags when risks or delays arise.
• Work closely with teams to identify and resolve roadblocks during project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, IT, and business units, to align project goals and deliverables.
• Maintain clear project documentation, track progress, and generate reports for stakeholders or management.
• Recommend best practices to improve efficiency in managing information system projects.
• Ensure that projects align with company policies.
• Create and manage documentation, including presentations, that cover departmental focus areas and project lifecycle stages, from initial draft through to completion.

All you need is:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years proven experience in project management and working in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Ability to identify potential issues, escalate concerns, and drive solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• A structured and organized approach to managing complex projects.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Jira, Confluence, Polarion, SharePoint, Asana, or similar platforms – Advantage.
