Mobileye’s AV group is transforming mobility both by [1] bringing cutting-edge, safe-by-design premium ADAS and self-driving technology as well as a complete, modular solution with flexible business models to the market; and [2] creating an accessible, safe, environmentally-friendly, and affordable experience for passengers based on our self-driving technology.

The AV group is expanding to multiple sites outside Israel as part of the project called “AV Everywhere” to test and demonstrate our Automated Vehicles (AV) driving in different cities such as Munich, Detroit, Shanghai, Paris and others. The goal is to achieve scalability of self-driving vehicles around the world safely and broadly.

The AV Technical Project Manager will support the AV lead with execution and smooth operations of the global AV Everywhere activities.

What will your job look like:

  • Create processes and procedures to support and enhance the AV Everywhere sites’ day-to-day activities
  • Work with various teams to create and implement best practices
  • Integration and validation of AV systems in AV test vehicles
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to implement new features and technologies for AV test vehicles
  • Drive the AV test vehicles in both automated and manual modes on open roads and test tracks
  • Provide expert test drive reports
  • Maintain high-level of knowledge of Mobileye products and services
  • Representing the company in AV demonstrations and other customer facing events
  • Collaborate with Information Systems, R&D, PR, Business Development, Legal and Operations teams
  • Manage full project lifecycle for autonomous vehicle technology initiatives
  • Develop project plans, track progress, and mitigate risks
  • Ensure technical requirements are properly implemented and validated
  • Monitor project KPIs and report status to leadership
  • Travel to and support other Mobileye sites abroad when needed

All you need is:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field 3+ years of experience in project management includes managing technical/R&D and complex projects
  • Strong technical skills
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Experience working internationally and interacting with international clients, customers, regulators and vendors
  • A creative approach to problem-solving and motivation to achieve your goals
  • Exceptional communication skills in English both verbal and written; comfortable and skilled in public speaking, presenting to a group, and problem-solving on-the-go
  • Broad vision and a systematic approach
  • Ability to learn new material quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driving license and good driving record – a must
  • Basic knowledge in Linux – a must

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP/Agile certification
  • Autonomous vehicle or ADAS experience
  • Automotive development process knowledge
