Your tasks

• Lead and further develop a highly qualified team, fostering collaboration and clear goal orientation
• Coordinate suppliers and internal interfaces, ensuring transparent communication and alignment of objectives
• Manage development, costs, and timelines for all system components (mechanics, electronics, software) while ensuring compliance with overall vehicle milestones
• Collaborate with E/E, vehicle integration, and performance teams to define and implement technical and functional requirements
• Coordinate planning and execution of tests and validation processes to guarantee the highest standards in functionality, performance, and safety
• Responsible for problem-solving and implementing solutions with internal and external stakeholders for steering and braking systems
• Report to program management

Your profile

• Several years of experience in vehicle development, ideally with a focus on steering and braking systems
• Leadership experience and the ability to successfully manage complex projects and teams
• Understanding of software development and E/E architectures, as well as experience collaborating with software teams
• Knowledge of type approval processes and regulatory requirements
• Expertise in autonomous systems, including Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, and relevant standards (e.g., AFGBV)
