Your tasks
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Autonomy Test Engineers to join our team and contribute to the testing and validation of the autonomous mover HOLON urban. The ideal candidate has a strong background in simulation environments, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) systems, and test track operations as well as experience with self-driving technology.
This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the safety, performance, and reliability of autonomous driving solutions in diverse testing scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and analyze test scenarios in various test environments (SiL, ViL, Test Track)
- Validate autonomous features for perception, planning, and control
- Develop and automate tests for edge cases and complex driving scenarios
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues discovered during test execution
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to define verification and validation criteria
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
- Ensure that all testing activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Your profile
- Degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience of AV/ADAS testing
- Experience with development and implementation of test strategies and test case definition across different test platforms
- Hands-on experience with automotive simulation tools
- Experience with HiL systems
- Familiarity with test track operations and safety protocols for autonomous vehicles
- Understanding of autonomy technologies such as sensors (LiDAR, radar, cameras), perception, motion planning and data processing, etc. is a big plus
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python/C++
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, Jenkins)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
