About this Job
Operate and maintain instrumentation and control systems for Waste and High Purity Water systems (excluding SCADA). Perform calibration and maintenance of instrumentation, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance. Adhere to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and NFPA 70E standards. Interpret P&ID drawings and one-line diagrams to troubleshoot system faults and alarms. Conduct preventive maintenance on complex facility equipment to ensure optimal performance. Respond promptly to system failures and restore equipment functionality efficiently. Monitor and respond to system alarms and abnormal conditions. Collaborate with team members to resolve equipment issues and improve system reliability. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, testing, and calibrations. 1-3 years of experience in industrial instrumentation and controls. Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (3 days on/4 days off, then 4 days on/3 days off), alternating between day and night shifts every 4 months. Valid Electrical Journeyman License. 3+ years of experience in industrial instrumentation and controls, preferably in a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
