We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic final-year Chemical Engineering student to join our team for a 6-month internship. This internship offers hands-on experience in process simulation, optimization, and digital transformation technologies, working alongside industry experts on real-world projects.

Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Assist in developing and validating process simulation models using AspenTech tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus).
  • Support engineers in process optimization and troubleshooting for client use cases.
  • Participate in data analysis and interpretation to improve operational performance.
  • Contribute to digital twin and advanced process control (APC) projects.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including solution consulting, sales, and customer support.
  • Attend training sessions to build expertise in AspenTech software solutions and industry applications.

What do I need to be considered for this role?

  • Final year student in Chemical Engineering program

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Final-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (or closely related field).
  • Strong understanding of mass and energy balances, thermodynamics, and process design.
  • Familiarity with process simulation tools (Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and apply digital technologies in the process industries.
