About this Job
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide site service to installed based customers.
- Provide Lifecycle Service to Local customers.
- Perform MRO & Warranty Service to customers.
- Implement Upgrade/Migration Ovation system.
- Provide 24-hour standby service to Korea contract customers.
- Support installed based service infrastructure building in Korea.
- Disseminate safety notices and important KBA to local service organization.
- Provide repair quotation support to local Reps/Sub.
- Work with customer to achieve 100% registration for Ovation system.
- Manage product recall/replacement.
- Reports progress and technical problems to Service Manager.
- Co-work closely with project teams.
- Pro-actively identify potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work.
Who You Are:

- Situational adaptability: Adapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Degree inElectrical Engineering
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS excel.
- 3-5 years’ service experience in technical/industrial environment.
- Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people.
- Ability to handle urgent and sensitive situations and working under pressure.
- Knowledge about computer networking (e.g., TCP/IP, Serial, Modbus), and operating software (Windows).
- Traveling is s part of the job as required.
