Job Description

• Design and execute ecosystem partnership programs 设计并推进生态合作项目
• Build collaboration with customers and technology partners 与客户及技术合作伙伴建立合作关系
• Support key account initiatives with cross-functional teams 配合销售与产品团队推进重点客户合作
• Translate market insights into business opportunities 将市场洞察转化为业务机会
• Drive measurable program results and outcomes 推动项目成果及业务转化

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business, or other related fields                                                  本科及以上学历，工程、商科等相关专业
• 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or programs 8年以上商务拓展/生态合作/项目经验
• Strong program management and stakeholder coordination skills 优秀的项目管理及资源协同能力
• Experience in technology ecosystem or partner engagement 有科技行业或生态合作经验优先
• Strong communication and execution capability 具备良好沟通能力和执行力 Semiconductor or related technology ecosystem experience strongly preferred 具备半导体或相关科技生态行业经验
