Role: Commissioning Engineer

Work Location: Mumbai

Experience: 3- 8 years

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the design, field support and sales team for seamless system integration and final delivery of the project.

Execute project start-ups, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of installed BAS controls on assigned projects.

Ensures complete compliance with internal processes and practices - Sales, Customer Support, Hardware, Procurement, and other functions.

Lead the programming and on-site commissioning of all system and network-level controllers as required.

Led in the validation of complete system functionality and troubleshooted problems with project engineers and subcontractors to ensure proper operation.

Control and limit Iterations - Follow First Time Right Approach.

Required knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience

B.E./B.Tech from a reputed university.

Should have an excellent understanding of Control Systems, SCADA, as well as communication protocols such as Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP, BACnet/IP etc

Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Business processes and Product Architecture.

Should have 3+ years of relevant experience in the IOT and BMS domain.

Good understanding of server & platform technologies, hardware, storage, networking, firmware, and software as well as system integration

Prior working knowledge of system architecture in designing Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS), including non-standard material, control logic, network schematics, control panel power requirements and/or distribution

Prior experience in programming various controllers such as BACNet IO Controllers, Modbus IO Controllers, etc. from different makes (Siemens, Schneider, ALC, Distech etc.)

Should have proven prior experience of thriving in high-pressure environments and delivering critical projects on time and to good quality

Additional Knowledge of IOT systems and microcontroller programming shall be an added advantage

Prior experience in the application of Chiller Plant Controls.
